If you are a regular reader of A Mom's Life, then you know all about the trouble we've just had with our trampoline.
A tree cracked and split open two days after a big storm and crushed our trampoline.
Miraculously the tree fell around 5:00 AM. I am so thankful that it did not fall during the day when my kids and their friends would have been in the backyard.
If you visit here regularly, then you also know that my friend Jennifer's husband came right after work that day with a 3 foot chain saw and made quick work of cutting up the tree. He even took the wood!
The tree falling and the trampoline being ruined were annoyances but I realized that evening how blessed we truly are - friendship is a true gift from God.
And a friend that owns and operates a 3 foot chain saw can also be considered a miracle!

True friendship is truly a miracle. Count yourself blessed.
I hope the kids aren't too upset over the trampoline and you resolve that issue quickly
It's been a while since I've participated. But this story needs to be shared. :)

Praise God for precious friends.
I am about to cry. I feel the same way our about you. I do not know what I would do without you guys.
How awesome that you saw the forest for the trees (bad pun intended!)
Just found your blog through the Nester...had to check out your "Mom's Life." I have enjoyed browsing (this is my first time) and will enjoy checking in with you. What a blessing for friendship and HUGE manly, man chainsaws! So sorry about the trampoline...that is such a bummer. I think the Lord allowed it because one of the kiddoes was going to break their arm this week...yea, that's it. :)
Wow, I'm so glad it happened at 5am too. That is so scary. I'm very sorry about the trampoline.
So glad someone came to help you out.
I thought a lot about your miracle, having a trampoline break is bad, but it does get so much worse, I'm glad it's not worse, and having friends you can count on is a miracle. What a wonderful Monday topic!
Miracles come in all shapes and sizes.
