Those darn baby doll tops!

Right before leaving for church this morning, Sarah looked at my outfit, turned up her nose and said, "You look like you have a baby in your tummy!"

I knew it! I knew those baby doll tops made me look pregnant!

Hmmmm...maybe that's why they call them baby doll tops!

Those darn kids. What she meant to say was, "Mom, you look like a total babe in that top."

I feel you! I wore one the other day because I bought into the theory that they "skim AWAY from the body and hide your tummy." Then I caught site of myself in a store window and I looked a good 4 months along. Grr . . .

At least they are comfortable...

So......did you wear it?

I do love them...They do hide that spare tire around the middle and most folks now know that they are in style so no one has asked me when I am due. LOL The key is to wear something slimming on the bottom, so it balances out.

i have contemplated wearing one of my actual maternity shirts since it seems to be the style. I didn't do it though, i still can't believe that is a style- so confusing!

Maybe so, but I love them anyway...so comfy! :)

I think it depends on the cut of the top. Some baby doll tops look cute on me, others make me look pregnant. (and I'm SO not)

I once did that to a friend- well actually I patted her belly and asked when she was due.

ACK! I was so embarrassed that I embarrassed her.
