Beware, all who enter here!

Nothing says Welcome To My Home like a brown evergreen.

So much for the "ever" part.

So much for the "green" part for that matter.

If it looks like this on the outside, there's no telling what it's going to look like on the inside!

Aww, poor little tree..

(you should see the plants on my balcony. Some are happy and thriving...and some...aren't.)

But it's very Halloween....just about a month too early.

Isn't that the truth. Sometimes I take a look outside my house and wonder why anyone would even walk up to the door, let alone come inside.

At least the Ivy is still alive

Ha, that looks like our house. I just ditched our two dead geranium plants that definitely didn't shout welcome to our house either!! Guess your thumb is about as green as mine! :)

If I had a little tree outside on my front porch, it would be brown. That is why we don't put anything on our front porch. Or inside, as well. I kill everything.

My mother-in-law used to give me houseplants all the time. She finally figured out that she needed to stop, that I was serious when I told her I would forget to water them and they would die. Quickly.

i think that will be cool.

That is hilarious, I don't feel so bad now for killing all our hanging baskets. :0) I got your question on my blog, the nuts are optional, they just added a little more protein and flavor. I wouldn't substitute anything, just omit them. Happy cooking!:)

That's the kind of thumb I have, too, I can kill anything...even when it is supposed to be EVERGREEN! Funny...
