Under-appreciated

"What's for breakfast this morning?"  Peter asked hopefully as he slid into his chair at the table.

"Fruit salad, biscuits and bacon," I replied excitedly, pleased that I had something different to offer other than the normal Saturday morning Martha White muffins.

"Oh.  I think I'll just have cereal then."

Is it sad that I would take the fruit salad, the bacon AND the muffins???

I shamelessly would right now.

That's why I always have a box of extra-stale cereal on hand.

I have one who never wants breakfast for breakfast...she does leftovers...complete with veggies.
It takes he FOREVER some days to choose what she wants to eat :p

We had Martha White muffins this morning too. But I agree with Elizabeth, I don't eat breakfast for breakfast either.
