The big nine-three.


My father-in-law turned 93 on Saturday.

93? That's huge!

He didn't want a fuss made over him because in his words, "at my age, you like to forget birthdays instead of celebrate them".

So we just went out to dinner and came home and enjoyed cake and ice cream.



Happy 93rd Grampa!  Here's to 93 more!

    Bless his heart. My grandmother will be 92 in July. We went against her wishes and had a party when she turned 90. You just can't let a milestone like that go by. She has outlived the age her parents were when they died...they were in their mid-80s. She's the oldest of 6 children and is in the best health of the ones who remain. It's a blessing to have family members live this long!!
