Hello, Cupcake!

Last weekend, Aunt Cathy came to town to celebrate Sarah’s birthday. And she brought with her 3 dozen plain cupcakes, 2 grocery bags full of goodies to use for decorating and 1 copy of Hello,Cupcake!

And then she, Sarah, and Peter went to town with the frosting, the gumdrops, the Fruit Rollups, the wafer cookies, the Oreos, the Fruit Loops, the marshmallows, the jelly beans and the Twizzlers.

The cupcakes turned out great and the kids had a wonderful time making memories with Aunt Cathy

And I would highly recommend Hello, Cupcake. It’s loaded with lots or really cool decorating ideas.

  4. that book has become my bible!

for Christopher's B-day I brought in the Spaghetti and Meatballs... such a huge hit. The Alligator that I blogged about the other day came from there as did my slumbering children cupcakes... I can't wait to make more. Aren't they so much fun?!

I love the way yours all came out... I have a soft spot for the pandas!

  6. Didn't Aunt Cathy save the day with a purple puppy one time? Or something like that??

Quinn's first birthday cake was a number one made out of cupcakes, compliments of Pam. Cupcakes are the best!

  7. I have a copy of Hello, Cupcake, and it really is fun. Our favorite so far has been the bowling pins and bowling ball cupcakes -- Fiver requested them for his last birthday!
