Friday night can't get here soon enough!

Sarah: "Mommy do you want to know why I've been so whiny lately?"

Me: "Please tell me why you have been so whiny lately."

Sarah: "Because I miss Aunt Cathy and my little white and purple puppy dog that's missing."

Thank goodness for me Aunt Cathy is making a surprise visit on Friday night AND she's bringing a replacement little white and purple puppy dog.

Now if only I can stand another 3 and a half days of whining. Lord give me strength!

    I love that your daughter is able to articulate why she has been "whiny." Although the behavior might not stop, it makes me smile that she can help you to understand it.

    Who is Aunt Cathy and why is this purple and white dog so special? Assuming it is a stuffed dog, since you don't see many dogs that color.

    "whiney" has been an understatement at our house lately. I wish it could be fixed by Friday with a purple puppy. But Im certain it has to do with cabin fever- which wont get fixed for a few more months
